Education and Experience:
Former experience translating technical requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria
Experience working with requirements gathering (field engagement) and UX teams to generate development-ready stories
Familiarity with analyzing web app session details to identify use cases and break points
Managing extensive backlog of items from defects to enhancements and effectively prioritize based on impact to business KPIs and agent experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Served as scrum master or product owner
Familiar with documentation in Confluence/wiki for product features, and leveling-up information for executive teams
Clear communicator with ability to provide succinct summaries of complex concepts
Sense of urgency, as well as humor
Excels in and enjoys fast-paced environments
Self-awareness and ability lead when required and listen when needed
