We are seeking to add a motivated and energetic Channel Manager

US Distribution, dedicated to maintaining, expanding, and securing dealers in the North American market. As a Channel Manager

US Distribution you will help grow and expand relationships with existing dealers and develop new relationships with new dealers. Strong selling skills and the ability to build strong relationships are critical for success.
What You'll Do
Effectively cultivate and grow profitable connections with dealers in North America
Develop tactics for establishing new relationships with dealers
Collaborate with manufacturers to foster robust relationships and devise strategies for expanding business in both existing and new dealer accounts
Meet or surpass monthly and annual quotas for sales and gross profit
Develop strategies and collaborate with dealers to optimize their utilization of the Trade ID platform, fostering business growth and increasing their share of the market
Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders in departments such as Operations, Sales Support, Accounts Receivable, IT, etc
Exhibit a professional and customer-centric approach in every interaction with customers
Learn and maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and technologies, stay informed about competitors, and stay current with industry trends
Contribute as a team player, actively participating in enhancing the business by offering suggestions and recommendations to benefit the overall team
Build pipeline of sales opportunities, forecast monthly utilizing SF.com
Travel to customers to build relationships and engage with key customers, and participate in industry trade shows
Perform any additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree
Successful track record of 2-5 years in selling to both existing and large customers
Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM and social media
Strong level of organizational and analytical skills
Comprehend customer requirements and recognize potential ID solutions
ID access control management experience preferred
Implementing solutions to meet specified requirements
Strong motivation, tenacity, and a self-starter
Capable of working in a dynamic team environment with a fast-paced setting
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in computer usage
Adaptability and capacity to prioritize tasks in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment
Travel:
Travel as needed, typically once per month, to strengthen customer relationships and support key accounts.
Compensation:
$75,000+ OTE
