Salary Range: $75K-$85K
VIOLETT_FR is seeking a strategic, socially-native, and creative thinker who will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across key channels to deliver on business goals and KPIs. The Social Media Assistant Manager should be adept at juggling multiple activation priorities, be highly organized and proactive in their approach, with a positive, team-oriented attitude. The position requires a strong creative storyteller with a genuine passion for beauty and a proven ability in scaling social media channels and cultivating highly engaged communities.
A successful candidate must possess a strong desire to work in a fast-paced creative environment, can flex to the business needs in real time, and is excited to propel VIOLETT_FR on its accelerated growth trajectory. This is both a strategic and hands-on role with the opportunity to drive highly impactful and visible results for the business.
Responsibilities:
Help develop and execute the social media plan across key channels to increase brand awareness, audience, engagement, reach, affinity, and conversion
Serve as the day-to-day contact for our TikTok agency, working closely on strategy, production, approvals, and optimizations
Scale social media presence and effectiveness on underpenetrated channels like Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube
Inspire social-first creative content ideas and compelling storytelling that embody the brand pillars while driving relevance and fostering community engagement
Help build social media calendar to support new product launches, core repromotes, brand campaigns, UGC, and evergreen content across all channels
Brief Creative and Copy teams with clear objectives and creative insights while managing schedule for timely approvals and posting
Have the pulse on all things social media and serve as the thought leader, sharing best practices, platform updates, new tools, emerging trends, and competitive references
Lead daily inbound and outbound community management to increase brand engagement and sentiment, collaborating with Customer Care on direct response issues
Report on weekly/monthly channel KPIs, content insights, and community commentary with thorough analysis and thoughtful recommendations
You Are:
3+ years of related work experience in social media management
Background in beauty, luxury, and/or wellness preferred
Ability to execute in the short-term while simultaneously developing long-term strategy, seamlessly balancing priorities
Thrives in a nimble, agile, "roll up your sleeves" environment while maintaining high standards for execution
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be a self-starter, a problem-solver, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Proficient with Keynote, Figma, and Google Suite
Must be able to work from Brooklyn (Dumbo) Headquarter Office 4 days/week
