We believe that together, we can conquer any challenge and achieve remarkable victories./ppPosition Summary/ppITS has an immediate opening for a Warehouse General Manager at our newest facility located near Harrisburg, PA. This position reports to ITS Sr. Director of Operations and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations as it pertains to people management, inventory integrity, order fulfillment and the movement of goods in and out of the distribution center./ppPrinciple Accountabilities/pulliResponsible for oversight of all functions in the Distribution Center/liliSupports all human resource related activities, including but not limited to, sourcing and staffing of positions, performance management, compensation administration, and training and development/liliCreate a culture that promotes ITS shared values and supports positive employee relations/liliMonitor activities of work teams to ensure that safe practices are in place and being demonstrated. Monitor building to ensure that proper housekeeping is being practiced. Give guidance to safety committee/liliWork directly with clients to effectively plan and forecast future business activity olliUtilize WMS to develop reliable forecasts/liliBuild an understanding of customers needs so that ITS can plan accordingly/li/ol/liliWork with sales to identify cross-selling opportunities with existing clients/liliOwn the client / customer relationship. What does this mean? olliEnsure the customers experience with ITS exceeds their expectations/liliEnsure that all activities performed by ITS on the customers behalf are value added/liliEnsure were always prepared in the event of a review and that we follow up on all findings/li/ol/liliEnsure the facility and grounds are maintained to ITS standards olliDevelop a preventative maintenance program for the facility/liliEnsure space utilization plans are in place and that they provide a safe and productive use of the space and proper segregation of incompatible and non-conforming product/li/ol/liliOwn your PL along with monitoring and operating capital budgeting olliTake an active role in the budgeting process, through planning and creation/liliMaintain Capex activities that are in line with PL/liliAssess operations through cost-based decision making and regular planning

analysis activities/li/ol/liliReview and evaluate operational performance, address performance gaps, and take corrective action, as needed, to ensure each functional area is delivering on operating goals/liliLead all organizational development efforts including but not limited to recruiting, skill and leadership development and performance management/liliCoordinate and execute programs focused on continuous process improvement throughout the facility/liliTake ownership of the new customer implementation process. Activities include but are not limited to: olliCollaborate with sales team to develop and implement a customer startup plan/liliWork closely with Fleet Operations to ensure a smooth start up process with proper transportation support/liliWork with IT to facilitate a smooth technical start up (WMS, TMS, EDI, small parcel, etc.)./liliPartner with engineering team to optimize layout, handling process, and operational procedures/li/ol/li/ulpPosition Requirements/ppThe ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated record of accomplishment in people and operations leadership, preferably in a 3PL environment./ppAdditional requirements include:/pulliBachelors Degree preferred/liliFive to Seven years general leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to support a broad range of warehouse personnel, thoroughly embracing principles that guide positive employee relations/liliAbility to effectively navigate through complex situations, both internal and external, that may require multiple decision makers./liliDemonstrated experience in customer relations and the ability to foster customer-centric thinking throughout the organization/liliWorking knowledge of computers and programs specific to operations and operations reporting, including experience with WMS systems and MS Office (Excel, MS Word). Advanced project management and data analysis experience a plus./liliSolid financial acumen

experience with the planning, building and analysis/execution of budgets/liliThorough knowledge of warehouse safety and security practices/liliAbility to work with a high degree of autonomy and drive results through Company and contract employees/li/ul/div
