VP, Cross Segment Platforms
As the VP, Cross Segment Platforms you'll play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and deployment of platforms for the team. You'll be responsible for nurturing strong client and agency relationships, and ensuring the cross-functional teams produce the necessary work. This position requires a deep understanding of the campaign planning process, exceptional collaboration skills, and the ability to contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.
You'll help manage and develop the internal Cross Segment Platforms experience of the client team and take an active hands-on role in deploying the strategic plans.
The VP, Cross Segment Platforms is a relationship builder who provides strategic oversight to holistic media plans, innovative ideas, and marketplace solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and bridge the gap between future-facing media thought leadership and the realities of what is possible today, while building the plan towards the future.
Responsibilities
Strategic Solutioning and Deployment:
Create and maintain deployment plans for clients to ensure competitiveness.
Provide innovative solutions tailored to the client's needs
Establish strong working relationships with agency contacts and balance their requirements with overarching Groupe priorities
Partner with internal teams to develop insights into brands
Extensions through evaluations and recommendations of cross-platform concepts; high degree of partnership across various areas/teams requires open and flexible collaboration style
Provide data analysis to identify business, consumer, and brand insights to inform strategic approach to deliver business objectives, using syndicated and proprietary data resources
Drive innovation and thought leadership agenda both as a new business asset but equally within the agency to drive modern marketing solutions for our clients
Be familiar with widely used and emerging insight tools and media technology, channels, and terminology
Form collaborative unions with agency capabilities, partner agency teams, and third parties as vital
Team Management and Development:
Work with markets and regions as they develop the global story into their own local stories. You'll be their key point of contact and support to help them with questions about their go to market stories.
Provide clear communication on business initiatives, ensure proper training on tools and processes, and participate in talent development efforts
Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budgets, managing client expectations effectively (as needed).
Audience Strategy:
Define and oversee audience governance across paid platforms, ensuring clean handoffs and efficient data usage
Regularly review emerging trends in privacy, identity, data clean rooms, CDPs, AI/ML-based segmentation, and channel innovation and develop POV's to educate the organization
Act as a leader with a point of view and provocateur for what comes nextbringing a strategic lens to emerging tech, new partners, and evolving audience behaviors.
Qualifications
(10)+ years of digital media experience with progressive levels of responsibility and business acumen in marketing and communications
(8)+ years of experience in media planning/strategy with dynamic levels of responsibility
(5)+ years of progressive global (DTC/Acquisition) experience driving (business goals) growth for (CPGs) with distributed global teams
Excellent client service experience with proven ability to provide strategic media plans, innovate, and drive modern marketing solutions
Deep experience across all media types (global, national, local, digital, direct, programmatic, shopper, etc.)
Demonstrated critical thinking skill and exceptional problem-solving skills
navigates effectively through difficult issues, builds required consensus to drive business needs and results
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
effectively presents formal POVs in a client facing role internally and externally.
Ability to translate data into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables
Computer Skills/Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite, Tableau, R, Nielsen Suite, Kantar, IMS, Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, Social Tracking tools, comScore, Prisma, Mbox, MRI/GfK, GWI
Mastery of the digital analytics space and has innovated to develop new opportunities
Expertise with third-party ad serving platforms, DSPs, CDPs, 3rd Party data, pixels and Ad Servers
Expertise with customer acquisition goals and optimizing to CPA, CTR, Completion Rate, etc.
Deep knowledge of Identity Solution tools and platforms (e.g. Epsilon, Liveramp, Neustar, etc.

Compensation Range: $163,210 - $234,570 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
