Responsibilities/ppThe candidate will develop and lead a team focusing on selected social channels, concentrating primarily on Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok. The Candidate will be responsible for creating the strategy, operational plan, team assembly and eventual execution, to develop and rapidly grow those channels across all of the companys brands and beyond./ppAn ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast pace, high demand working environment, with proven experience successfully growing emerging social channels./ppDay-to-Day Responsibilities:/pulliStrategy and go to market across various emerging social channels/liliBuilding, mentoring and training a dedicated social team/liliIdentifying channels, or individual social influencers, for purposes of collaboration and/or acquisition/liliSupport selected revenue initiatives to be executed through social channels/liliDefine KPIs for channel and community growth, monitor, report on performance, and adjust strategies to achieve objectives/li/ulpQualifications/pulliMinimum of 3+ years of experience in managing and growing social channels/communities/liliExceptional grasp of social media and GenZ / millennial culture/liliStrong leadership and entrepreneurship skills/liliExperience working in a collaborative, cross-company culture/liliHands-on experience leading channels with at least 2 of the selected social platforms

Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok/liliPrior experience managing a team of contributors is a strong advantage/li/ul/div
