This position will include executing, documenting, and supporting projects and initiatives with near-term deliverables, as well as supporting the execution of contract compliance functions within the Local Number Portability Administration (LNPA). Engage with various levels in the organization to analyze problems and develop materials for information sharing with cross-organizational teams./ppKey Responsibilities Include:/pulliGather and assess data for input into reports to stakeholders, documenting decisions, and tracking action items and project risks./liliSupport the monitoring and execution of the organizations overall compliance strategy./liliContinually evaluate quality artifacts to ensure integrity for audit purposes and for consideration of continual improvement opportunities for review and report with manager support/liliSupport work with cross-organizational LNPA team members in order fulfill contractual and regulatory audit, compliance and reporting obligations./liliSupport internal audit teams to execute and document audit and compliance results and areas for improvements, including presenting results and leading discussions./liliCollaborate with internal groups to set up and execute process measurement and process controls to ensure compliance with Service Level Requirements and Audit and Compliance obligations./liliSupport the preparation of audit and compliance reporting updates to senior management./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliDemonstrated history of successful project coordination and operational support./lili1-2 years of Program Management experience/liliExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills/liliStrong oral and written communication skills/liliDetail oriented with the ability to multi-task on several projects and assume new responsibilities/liliUS Citizenship Required/liliBachelors degree in a relevant subject area/liliProficient with Microsoft Office products/liliUS Citizenship Required/li/ulpstrongHybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-person/strong/ppstrongAdditional Skills:/strong Telecom background experience with number portability or number administration is a plus./ppAt iconectiv, we expect to pay between $67k- $97k for this role. This role is eligible for variable pay (bonus). The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, skills, abilities and geographic region./ppOn the first of the month following date of hire, employees working more than 30 hours/week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, disability (short and long term) and basic and supplemental life insurances.
