Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for how Experience by Industrious shows up across our Community program
events, marketing content, and communications./ppYoull partner closely with the Director of Community
Marketing to bring ideas to life
translating strategy into clear standards, usable tools, and high-quality outputs that teams can execute across a national portfolio./ppSome days youll be designing templates or refining messaging. Others, youll be shaping an event concept, sourcing creative partners, or helping a team elevate an activation. Youll move between creative work and execution

Creative Quality/h3ulliOwn how Experience by Industrious shows up, visually and verbally, across tenant and client touchpoints/liliMaintain clear, usable standards for tone, voice, and design that teams can actually apply day to day/liliBuild and evolve templates, examples, and reference materials that make on-brand the default, not the exception/liliFor select properties, review and refine outputs from local teams

Ideation, Standards
Field Support/h3ulliUphold creative and experiential standards across the portfolio/liliDevelop event concepts, frameworks, and execution roadmaps that can be deployed across the portfolio (event catalog)/liliDefine what great looks like by establishing creative standards for events (quality, partners, design, flow) and ensure it shows up consistently across markets/liliSupport local teams in executing elevated, on-brand events:/liulliVendor sourcing and partner recommendations/liliCreative direction, event flow and experience design guidance/liliSourcing materials that elevate look and feel/li/ulliIdentify and cultivate a network of best-in-class partners to elevate programming quality/liliProduce trend reports and inspiration decks to keep programming culturally relevant and differentiated/li/ulh3Marketing Systems
Content Production/h3ulliBuild and maintain marketing templates and brand toolkits that teams can use easily and consistently (newsletters, signage, social, collateral)/liliDevelop marketing materials across digital, physical, and experiential channels/liliSupport the creation of presentations, B2B marketing materials, and client-facing decks/liliCoordinate production and distribution of marketing materials with internal teams and external vendors/liliEnsure all materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered to a high standard of quality/li/ulh3Editorial Content Creation/h3ulliWrite and edit copy across formats (emails, newsletters, signage, seasonal campaigns)/liliProduce and edit visual content (photo/video) for social and marketing use/liliApply an editorial lens to all outputs; with a focus on clarity, tone, and quality/liliTranslate brand voice into content that is practical, usable content for local teams/liliContinuously refine messaging to ensure it resonates with both tenants and ownership audiences/li/ulh3Partnerships
Experience Enhancement/h3ulliSource and manage relationships with local and national partners (retail, wellness, FB, cultural, etc.)/liliMaintain a strong pipeline of high-quality vendors and collaborators/liliSupport partnership execution across events and activations/liliIdentify opportunities to strengthen programming through thoughtful partnerships and sponsorships/li/ulh3What Success Looks Like/h3pSuccess in this role is measured by the quality, consistency, and clarity of how we show up across the portfolio./ppKey indicators include:/pulliA clear and consistent brand presence across all tenant and client touchpoints/liliNoticeable lift in the quality of events, marketing materials, and on-site execution/liliLocal teams using tools and templates effectively, with minimal friction/liliStrong adoption of brand standards across markets/liliPositive feedback from both tenants and landlord partners on programming and communications/liliHigh-quality partnerships that elevate programming and differentiate the experience/liliMarketing and event outputs that feel thoughtful, cohesive, and well-executed/liliEfficient production and rollout of materials, with minimal rework or misalignment/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulli58 years of experience in marketing, events, brand, or experience-driven roles/liliExperience designing marketing materials and content across multiple channels (digital, physical, experiential)/liliStrong writing and editing skills, with a clear point of view on tone and voice/liliExperience creating or working within brand standards and guidelines/liliAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of organization and follow-through/liliExperience supporting or executing events, activations, or brand programs/liliStrong eye for design and attention to detail; experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe preferred/liliExperience working with external vendors and partners/liliComfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy/liliStrong communication skills, with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback/liliInterest in hospitality, real estate, and experience design/li/ulh2Compensation/h2pThe base salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000, depending on experience, skills, and role alignment.
