You will own campaign execution, timelines, and cross-functional coordinationensuring programs move from concept to launch efficiently and effectively./ppThis is an ideal role for a marketer who thrives in turning strategy into action, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in delivering polished, on-time campaigns that drive pipeline./ppWhat Youll Do/ppCampaign Execution

Orchestration/pulliExecute ABM and integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (email, paid, web, events, direct mail, social)/liliTranslate ABM strategy into actionable campaign plans with clear deliverables and timelines/liliManage campaign calendars and ensure consistent execution across programs/li/ulpProject Management

Coordination/pulliServe as the central hub for campaign executiontracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables/liliPartner closely with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Digital, Field Marketing) to move campaigns forward/liliCoordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality output/li/ulpABM Program Support/pulliSupport execution of 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs/liliHelp operationalize targeting, segmentation, and account engagement tactics/liliEnsure campaigns align to defined ICPs, account priorities, and sales objectives/li/ulpContent

Asset Development/pulliDevelop and/or adapt light campaign content (emails, landing page copy, social posts)/liliCreate or manage simple campaign visuals and assets (presentations, one-pagers, light graphics)/liliEnsure messaging consistency across touchpoints/li/ulpCampaign Operations

Optimization/pulliTrack campaign performance and support reporting efforts/liliMaintain campaign documentation, workflows, and processes/liliIdentify opportunities to improve execution efficiency and campaign effectiveness/li/ulpWhat You Bring/pulli10-15 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in ABM, demand gen, or integrated campaigns/liliStrong campaign execution skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously/liliExcellent project management and organizational skills (this is critical)/liliExperience working with agencies and cross-functional teams/liliComfortable with light content creation and basic design (or tools like Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)/liliFamiliarity with marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms/liliDetail-oriented with a bias for action and follow-through/li/ulpHow This Role Partners with the Director of ABM/pulliDirector (You): Strategy, platform optimization, innovation, executive alignment, external networking/liliThis Role: Execution, orchestration, timelines, asset delivery, campaign consistency/li/ulpSuccess Looks Like/pulliCampaigns launch on time and run smoothly across channels/liliABM programs are consistently executed with high quality/liliStakeholders feel informed, aligned, and supported/liliAgency and internal teams operate efficiently under clear direction/liliThe Director of ABM is freed up to focus on strategic growth and platform optimization/li/ul/div
