Marketing Officer (CBDMO) to lead the firms marketing, business development, branding, and communications strategy./ppThe CBDMO will partner closely with firm leadership to shape and execute initiatives that support the firms strategic vision and business objectives, while collaborating across departments and practice groups to elevate brand presence, expand market visibility, and strengthen client relationships./ppThe role in action:/pulliBuild, lead, mentor and support a strong business development and marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, trust, and collaboration./liliDevelop a brand strategy, ensuring alignment across digital channels, content, campaigns, and communications, while measuring performance, ROI, and impact through metrics and data-driven insights./liliWork closely with firm leaders to drive firm and practice group level strategic planning initiatives./liliOversee market, client, and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies./liliDrive new business development strategy and execution, including client feedback programs, pitch best practices, RFP/RFI/RFQ management, and coaching attorneys and teams through the full pursuit process./li/ulpWe are seeking candidates who:/pulliBring 20+ years of experience in marketing and business development, with a minimum of five years in progressive marketing roles at the senior management level in a law firm environment./liliHold a bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field./liliPossess exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate a compelling vision and strategy that inspires teams and drives measurable business outcomes./li/ul/div
