Description
Position Purpose
The Sr. Global Account Manager is a senior-level industry expert responsible for leading and expanding PGL's most strategic global customer relationships. This role combines executive-level account leadership, strategic sales development, and operational excellence to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end logistics solutions across international markets.
The Sr. Global Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between PGL and high-profile global clientscollaborating with senior stakeholders (COO, supply chain executives, operational leaders) to ensure world-class service delivery, continuous improvement, and proactive production and performance management.
This position drives revenue growth, strengthens long-term partnerships, engineers scalable solutions, and integrates customer requirements into PGL's global operations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Years of Experience: 7-10 Years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility working for a 3PL/Freight Forwarding Organization
Industry Experience: In-depth Knowledge of specific and/or major industry markets, significant ability to communicate and establish strong relationships with industry partners and carriers
Education: Industry-related degree and/or certification
