Senior Director of Marketing

The Senior Director of Marketing is more than a strategist

Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Communication Officer, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Team while partnering with colleagues across the organization

and external creative and media partners

to drive bold brand impact, meaningful growth, and a culture of shared purpose.
Responsibilities

Operational Leadership with Energy and Intent
Lead with enthusiasm, initiative, and optimism

modeling the culture of creativity, curiosity, and mission-driven passion we are building.
Set clear goals and KPIs, partnering with business and client groups to create measurement plans that fuel learning and continuous improvement.
Deliver insightful performance analysis, A/B testing, ROI reporting, and data-backed recommendations that help the organization move forward with confidence.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, track budgets, and provide accurate forecasts while maintaining a solutions-oriented, collaborative approach.
Lead product launches and marketing plans with clarity, creative thinking, and disciplined execution.
Drive Organizational Growth and Marketing Impact
Oversee marketing strategy and execution for major enterprise growth initiatives, embracing ambitious targets with agility, imagination, and a growth mindset.
Build a multi-channel, performance-driven marketing approach that elevates brand health and expands reach, rooted in curiosity and continuous learning.
Use data and analytics to uncover audience insights, drivers of choice, and opportunities for deeper engagement

translating those insights in an inspiring, accessible way.
Collaborate across departments to align marketing with enterprise priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing, High-Energy Team
Lead, mentor, and develop a Marketing team that thrives on collaboration, optimism, inclusion, and shared purpose.

Leverage marketing automation, CRM, SEO/SEM, and emerging AI tools to strengthen performance and deepen audience connection.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Strategy preferred
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years of progressive responsibility in brand management, marketing strategy, or communications leadership.
Demonstrated success developing and executing large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business results.
Healthcare marketing experience is a plus, but a passion for mission-driven work is essential.
Proven experience managing and developing teams and external agencies.
Expertise in marketing analytics, data-driven decision making, and marketing technology platforms.
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership skills.
A leadership style defined by enthusiasm, curiosity, optimism, empathy, and a belief in the power of shared purpose.
