divh2Program Manager/h2pProgram Overview: Clarkson Estates will provide supportive housing to 59 formerly homeless families, 35 formerly homeless young adults, 35 youth aging out of foster care, and 35 formerly incarcerated individuals. Programming will focus on economic development and workforce training, youth development and violence prevention, adult education and financial literacy, recreation, and health and wellness./ppPosition Overview: The person filling this position is expected, under general direction, to: (1) manage one or more programs which require contact with internal and external individuals and/or the community; (2) has understanding of all aspects of contract requirements and communicate this understanding to staff; and (3) participate in program design./ppWhat Does a Program Manager Do:/pulliMaintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality./liliPractice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol

Procedures./liliComply with any and all Federal, State, City and CAMBA security and privacy policies intended to protect the security and privacy of individually identifiable health information./liliCommunicate with peers in other CAMBA programs on issues related to client progress and best program practices./liliWork with direct reporting staff to set staff performance targets in accordance with contract requirements./liliDevelop and document all program activities./liliInterface with the Director of Housing Operations or the property management company to ensure the building is clean and operating efficiently./liliParticipate in start up activities including marketing and lease up, program development and implementation etc./liliAccess community resources for clients./liliEnsure that all apartment vacancies are filled within 4-6 weeks./liliOversee all program operations and manage direct reporting program staff and their subordinates./liliDevelop and implement Quality Assurance measures to ensure quality service delivery to clients./liliEnsure that all client files and program files are kept in compliance with CAMBAs and funders standards./liliCoordinate and supervise programmatic activities of direct reporting staff./liliObserve direct reporting staff./liliConduct program progress reviews with staff./liliPrepare, review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of contract reports and statistical information for both CAMBA management and funder use./liliAnalyze program and demographic data to make programmatic improvements./liliOversee onsite and organize offsite training opportunities for professional development of staff./liliConfer with the Senior Program Director and/or other CAMBA management staff as needed regarding programmatic and personnel issues./liliComplete incident reports when required/liliParticipate in staff/funder/outside agency meetings as requested./liliReview and sign time sheets./liliPrepare performance appraisals for direct reporting staff./liliImmediately report to the appropriate Senior Program Director any: monitoring visits or funders events; significant events; any incident that might subject CAMBA to liability./liliMay interact with funders./liliMay make hiring and firing recommendations to appropriate Senior Program Director/Executive Vice-President (in consultation and agreement with Human Resources)./liliMay have direct client service/program responsibilities in addition to the above./liliTasks may be modified, expanded and/or assigned over time./li/ulpWhat are the Qualifications for the Position:/ppEducation, Licenses and/or Certifications Required:/pulliMaster Degree, or Licensed Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field. (A license is required of these Masters Degrees: Social Work (LMSW or LCSW), Mental Health Counseling, Counseling/Guidance, Art Therapy)./li/ulpMinimum Experiences and Skills Required:/pulliExperience working with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population, and/or equivalent experience./li/ulpPre and/or Post Employment Requirements:/pulliMust be fingerprinted and obtain Criminal History Check (CHC) with Justice Center for the Protection of Vulnerable People with Special Needs Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance throughout the duration of employment./liliAs a Mandated Reporter, you must immediately report suspected incidents/cases abuse and neglect to the Vulnerable Persons Central Register (VPCR) Hotline at 1-855-373-2122 and complete a CAMBA Incident Report/liliFlexible hours may be needed occasionally to provide shift coverage until 8 pm./liliObtain Criminal History Checks (CHC) fingerprinting through the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs (Justice System) and Staff Exclusion List (SEL) clearance./liliExperience developing and facilitating groups/liliKnowledge of supportive housing services operations/li/ulpstrong Compensation: /strong $80,000- $85,000 annually When salary ranges are listed, the range would represent the low and high end for the applicable position

program. The salary offered would be based on various factors unique to each program and candidate.
