Youll be responsible for identifying and advocating for high-leverage opportunities with executive stakeholders and leading high-impact, highly complex design projects that set the bar for and drive experience excellence and business outcomes./ppIn this role, you will partner with senior leaders across offers, decisioning, authorizations and customer management to ensure our associates can create card experiences customers and the business can love. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked./ppMcLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Director, DesignNew York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Director, Design/ppCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter./ppThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
