To strengthen and prepare for demographic changes in our management team, we are looking for a Commercial Manager (f/m/d) in Gornsdorf, Erzgebirge (approx. 30 min from Chemnitz).

The focus of this position is the passion to optimize our commercial processes (HR, finance, controlling) with strategic thinking and to move into the future with us.

Overall responsibility for HR, Finance and Accounting and Controlling

Responsibility for business planning, monthly profit and loss accounting as well as monthly, quarterly and annual planning in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)

Management of the HR team

Securing the company's financing in cooperation with the banks

Close cooperation with the management and internal departments

Trusting cooperation with the works council

Your profile:

Completed university education (e.g. Master's degree in economics) or comparable education

Experience in employee management

Experienced in dealing with external authorities, banks and auditors

Relevant professional experience in controlling and accounting, ideally in a production company

Practical experience in labor law
