Director of Sales and Marketing Benefits & Compensation

Competitive base salary ( ~$115K ) plus a performance-driven quarterly bonus structure
Quarterly bonuses for both occupancy growth in underperforming communities ( $1,500-$5,000 per quarter ) and sustained high regional occupancy ( $2,500-$4,000 per quarter )

Director of Sales and Marketing Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred
Minimum 5 years

of sales and marketing experience, with at least

2 years

in a leadership role within senior living, healthcare, or a related sector
Proven track record in achieving sales goals and driving occupancy growth for multiple sites
Located within or very near the Central IL/IN region; willing and able to travel locally in a regional,

on-the-road capacity
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and community engagement
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Director of Sales and Marketing Preferred Background & Skills

Experience leading sales for multiple senior living or healthcare communities
Ability to motivate dispersed teams and drive change in underperforming locations
Comfortable operating in rural or small-market territories
Director of Sales and Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Travel regularly across

8 senior living communities

in Central IL/IN, leading onsite sales and marketing activities
Strategize and execute plans to increase occupancy and revenue, especially in underperforming buildings
Mentor and coach local sales teams to maximize lead conversion and relationship-building with prospective residents and families
Analyze regional trends and metrics to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics
Oversee and support the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and outreach events
Represent the communities at regional events to build brand visibility and referral partnerships
