is seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator

to support firmwide marketing, business development, branding, and communications initiatives. This newly created hybrid role is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative

Marketing & Growth team

following a major rebrand and website launch.

The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and organized, with experience managing

digital marketing ,

social media ,

website content , and

marketing analytics

in a fast-paced professional environment. This role offers meaningful visibility across the organization and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing , Communications, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in

marketing ,

digital marketing , or communications
Experience within a

law firm

or professional services environment preferred but not required
Strong proficiency with

WordPress/Gutenberg CMS. Google Analytics, Canva,

Microsoft Office Suite, and

email marketing platforms

such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
Exceptional proofreading, writing, and editing skills
Strong understanding of

branding , visual consistency, and content strategy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
Professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
Experience with

Google Ads ,

SEO , or

GEO optimization

is a plus

Responsibilities
Update and optimize the firm’s

WordPress website

using Gutenberg block editing
Ensure website content remains accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand standards
Support ongoing

SEO , content optimization, and digital visibility initiatives
Manage and maintain the firm’s

social media content calendar
Identify timely content opportunities, including attorney achievements, speaking engagements, firm news, and client successes
Create engaging

social media graphics , email visuals, and branded marketing materials using Canva and other design tools
Contribute creative ideas to elevate brand awareness across digital channels
Assist with the creation and editing of articles, website copy, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
Proofread content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and brand voice
Coordinate production of brochures, advertisements, event collateral, and promotional materials
Support award submissions, rankings, surveys, and related marketing initiatives
Pull and analyze

marketing analytics

and reporting data using Google Analytics and related platforms
Summarize insights to support marketing strategy and improve campaign performance
Conduct research to support business development and content initiatives
