Whether we’re designing a custom apparel collection, an in-store display, or a national course materials campaign, our work sits at the intersection of function and storytelling.Our team is strategic, agile, and highly collaborative. We’re growing and looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring stories, campaigns, and brand moments to life.About the RoleAs our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for concepting and executing visuals across print and digital platforms—including signage, apparel mockups, email graphics, retail displays, social content, and more. You’ll collaborate daily with other designers, marketers, and creatives in a fast-paced, feedback-friendly environment.This role is full-time, with preference for in-office presence in Marion, Indiana. A hybrid remote arrangement may be available for the right candidate.What You’ll DoDesign visual assets for digital, print, retail, and apparelSupport ongoing projects with product photography edits, banners, and promotional graphicsCollaborate with the strategy, creative and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and brand alignmentWork within established brand systems while also contributing fresh ideas and new directionsParticipate in creative reviews and contribute to evolving our visual identityManage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlinesWhat You Bring2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency preferred)A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of layout, branding, and campaign workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)Experience with web design platforms like Duda and ShopifyExperience designing for both digital and printAbility to take direction, contribute ideas, and iterate based on feedbackVery strong time management and communication skillsWhy You’ll Love It HereA collaborative, creative team that truly supports one anotherA mission-driven company making real impact in educationOpportunity to contribute to national brand campaigns and on-campus retail storytellingCompetitive salary and benefits package
