Leading the marketing strategy for epilepsy and movement disorders, the full-time Executive Director of Marketing will define and execute the brand vision, manage product lifecycle, and drive growth initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Define and lead the enterprise EMD marketing vision and strategic roadmap for epilepsy performance and growth
Develop and execute integrated brand strategies, including lifecycle innovation and launch readiness for new formulations
Oversee resource allocation and investment decisions based on ROI and performance analytics
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
12+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience with significant US marketing leadership
Deep experience in neurology, epilepsy, or specialty/rare disease strongly preferred
Proven track record in brand strategy, product launches, and lifecycle management
Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and ROI optimization
