The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993./ph3The Role/h3pInsomniac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Production Assistant to support the responsibilities of Insomniacs Back of House Department. This position reports to the Back of House Manager. This is not a remote position./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAssist Project Manager in developing, organizing and executing different festival area operations./liliContribute to compiling advance documents relating to several festival areas./liliAct as a Vendor Liaison for all related areas of production./liliCommunicate production needs in a concise and effective manner to all contributing teams./liliSupport in document organization relating to all aspects of advancing, set up documents and correspondence between vendors and production departments./liliAssist in organization of advance documents relating to the executive producer branch in our organizational chart./liliFacilitate the advance credential materials for all related vendors and staff involved with the projects./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliExcellent comprehension and retention in excel, word and PowerPoint./liliEffective and concise communication skill set in electronic and verbal mediums./liliAdaptive in fast-paced environments./liliSeasoned in event planning, management, and coordination./liliWell versed in communicating with multiple vendors and advancing event production needs./liliHigh ability level to balance multiple projects and tasks at the same time./liliProven track record to meet deadlines./liliMust be motivated with an Everything is possible attitude./liliMust be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small./liliMust be able to continuously stand or walk./liliMust be able to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently./liliMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally./liliMay occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces./li/ulh3Work Environment/h3ulliMust be able to tolerate loud noise levels
