Pittsburgh District Sales Manager - (Field-Based | West PA)

District Sales Manager

A fast-growing, publicly traded clinic and physician office-focused medical device company is hiring a District Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across West Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh toward Youngstown with a small portion of WV). You'll manage a blended group of territory sales reps + clinical specialists supporting endocrinology and diabetes practices. What you'll do:
Lead, coach, and develop a district team to exceed growth goals
Drive execution: targeting, account prioritization, pipeline, and launch initiatives
Build relationships with key diabetes stakeholders (endocrinology practices, diabetes educators, etc.)
Partner cross-functionally (marketing, market access, clinical) to remove barriers and accelerate adoption
Ensure strong CRM discipline and district forecasting accuracy
What we're looking for:
2–3+ years field sales leadership experience (medical device or specialty pharma preferred)
Strong performance history (team wins + individual credibility)
Experience selling into clinics (practice-based selling model)
Comfortable navigating access/reimbursement and pull-through
Stable work history (no long gaps; currently employed strongly preferred)
