operating our printers, checking the shoes coming out of them, and making sure everything stays clean, organized, and on schedule. No engineering background needed. Well train you on everything./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliOperate our 3D printing and post-processing machines (washing, drying)

full training provided/liliFollow existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while helping contribute to making improvements for training and high-quality products/liliMaintain key metrics like printer uptime with high quality and efficient tasking/liliCheck finished shoes for quality and flag anything that doesnt look right/liliKeep your workstation clean and organized/liliHelp out in washing, drying, shipping and finishing areas when needed/liliWork with your teammates to keep the operation running smoothly/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliSafety First - Always have your and our teams safety as a top priority/liliHands-on and reliable

you show up, pay attention, and take care of your workspace/liliComfortable being on your feet and doing physical work/liliA team player who pitches in where needed/liliWilling to work shifts, including some weekends/liliBased in Austin or nearby/liliNo technical degree or experience required
