We are seeking an exceptional sales executive to lead the Americas region and drive transformational growth across the US, Canada, and LATAM. This leadership role will be part of the company's executive team and will drive all aspects of sales strategy and execution for the region. The VP Sales, Americas will have direct responsibility for Corsair's strategic relationship with Amazon.com and will oversee all channel business across the entire Corsair brand portfolio (Corsair, Elgato, SCUF Gaming, ORIGIN PC, and Fanatec), with the goal of expanding customer breadth, revenue, profitability, and market share in North America's most critical market.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key retailers and strategic partners; establish credibility with C-suite decision-makers to advance Corsair's growth objectives
Directly lead the strategic Amazon.com relationship, serving as the executive account interface and driving expansion of Corsair brand presence across all Amazon channels and geographies
Own comprehensive P&L responsibility for US, Canada, and LATAM sales across all channel partners,
Build and execute targeted, data-driven sales strategies that allocate resources efficiently and drive market share growth across all channels
Partner with Trade Marketing to design and deploy regional channel programs, go-to-market initiatives, and retail display programs that drive brand awareness and sell-through
Oversee all brand families (Corsair, Elgato, SCUF Gaming, ORIGIN PC, and Fanatec) across the region, ensuring cohesive positioning and maximizing cross-brand selling opportunities
Employ competitive intelligence to anticipate market trends and develop counter-strategies; position Corsair as a premium yet competitive choice against competitors
Identify market opportunities and develop demand generation strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and category leadership
Provide market-driven product and portfolio requirements to headquarters to ensure regional customer demands are met and opportunities are capitalized
Build, lead, and develop a high-performance regional sales organization; establish annual budget plans, sales targets, and channel expansion roadmaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain) to align resources, resolve issues, and execute regional initiatives
Essential Skills and Experience:
15+ years of progressive sales and business leadership experience in the PC hardware, gaming, or consumer electronics industries
Proven success leading major retail partnerships and/or e-commerce channels in North America; strategic Amazon.com experience highly valued
Track record of building and executing multi-year business growth plans; demonstrated ability to scale revenue and market share
Experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performance sales teams; strong talent development and leadership skills
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and business acumen; demonstrated ability to develop competitive positioning and market strategies
Expertise in channel sales, retail operations, and category management across multiple business models (retail, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce)
Demonstrated success managing complex multi-channel portfolios with multiple brand families or business units
Passion for technology and gaming; proactive in understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across organizational levels
Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility; comfort with data-driven decision making and reporting
Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets; comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as needed for key account relationships and regional business initiatives
Annual Salary Range $250,000$290,000 USD
