We're looking for a Creative Producer who can turn ideas into impactful creative work and keep production running smoothly from concept to delivery. You'll be the driving force behind high-quality static and video content, ensuring everything looks sharp, lands on time, and aligns with the creative vision.
Job responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production across static and video content.
Develop briefs and guide designers, video editors, and other production members, and ensure all deliverables align with the creative standards.
Oversee quality control for visuals, videos, and copy before delivery.
Manage production timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.
Maintain a high volume and consistent quality of creative output.
Communicate directly with clients to understand goals and provide updates.
Supervise and support creative teams throughout the production process.
Hire, onboard, and mentor new production and creative team members.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Track budgets, estimate costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
Identify process improvements to optimize creative operations.
