Key responsibilities
Design and implement automation frameworks, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards
Lead project teams, providing technical guidance and conducting capacity planning for automation infrastructure
Optimize bot utilization and manage complex integrations across various applications using APIs and middleware
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in a related field
5+ years of demonstrated experience with the UiPath platform and RPA orchestration
Proficiency in AI tools and developing intelligent prompts or agents
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native automation
Advanced SQL and data analytics skills for performance monitoring
