Scope of Position:

The Digital Media Producer/Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across web, mobile, social media, search, and video platforms. This role creates and edits engaging content that defines and strengthens workforce development in Northwest Pennsylvania, supports storytelling initiatives, and adapts strategies based on user engagement analytics. The position also requires the ability to target specific audiences through social media content and e-learning tools while analyzing campaign effectiveness to support scalable business growth and community engagement.

Essential Functions
Work with Job Connect staff to increase outreach through digital platforms
Promote online workshops, assessments, and digital engagement opportunities
Create web-forms to gather information from potential participants
Prepare marketing material for virtual services using creative and innovative approaches
Update various social media platforms on a daily basis
Create successful relationships with internal and external partners and organizations to gather content for social media and video projects
Edit and produce digital video and photographic content
Manage text messaging campaigns by coordinating with vendors, creating content, sending messages, and referring engaged participants to appropriate Job Connect staff and partners
Evaluate web design following web and accessibility standards
Create graphics for websites and maintain website content and links
Collaborate with management and development teams to prioritize needs, resolve issues, develop content criteria, and identify effective solutions

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma required; associate degree or some college preferred
Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Photoshop experience
Proficient in digital video and photo editing software
Videography experience
Experience in updating and enhancing social media platforms
Excellent project management, written and verbal communication, and technology skills
Demonstrated telephone, computer, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Required travel statewide
Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment
Clean driving record, valid Driver's License, and reliable vehicle required
