Our client, an apparel company, is looking for a Sr. Baby Designer to joint their team in NYC!ResponsibilitiesDrive the creative development of baby products across a range of categoriesProduce trend-forward, market-ready designs that meet brand guidelines and retailer expectationsCollaborate cross-functionally with product development, sourcing, and sales partners to move concepts from ideation through productionIncorporate cost targets, material selections, safety requirements, and manufacturing limitations into design solutionsCreate and deliver presentations for internal checkpoints and retail line reviewsOversee design schedules to ensure timely execution of all projectsQualificationsFive or more years of professional design experience, ideally within baby, juvenile, or consumer product categoriesStrong knowledge of mass retail and big-box environmentsAbility to merge creative vision with commercial and production realitiesExceptionally organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple deadlinesTeam-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable presenting concepts with confidence
