Station Manager

The Judge Group is seeking a Station Manager for a Part 145 repair Center in the Brookfield, WI area.COMPENSATION: 120k to 150k plus bonusRELOCATION: YesMUST HAVE: 5+ years' in a 14 CFR Part 145 or Part 121 certified stationLIKE TO HAVE: College degree preferred or A&P licenseMUST HAVE: Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulationsMUST HAVE: The ability to lead a team and work directly with customersRESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, Planning, Contracts, Personnel)Meet strategic goals and performance objectivesEnsure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligationsAct as the main contact for FAA relationsMaintain staffing levelsEnsures contract obligations and customers' expectations are metUpsell contract termsProvide status reports to customersEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:5+ years' in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair stationStrong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulationsAbout 20% travel requiredExcel experience is a strong plus for reporting
