About the Role

We are looking for a Las Vegas-based Account Executive to help us grow Romify in one of the most important event markets in the world.

This is a field-heavy sales role for someone who loves being in front of customers, understands the energy of trade shows, and can turn live conversations into real pipeline. You will prospect, run demos, attend events, manage pilots, and close new customers across industries that rely heavily on events to drive revenue.


The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, competitive, highly organized, and excited to help build our U.S. sales playbook.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to demo, pilot, negotiation, and close
  • Build relationships with event marketers, sales leaders, revenue operations teams, and executives
  • Attend trade shows and conferences in Las Vegas and other major event markets
  • Identify high-fit prospects before, during, and after events
  • Run product demos that connect Romify’s value to the customer’s event strategy
  • Manage paid pilots and help convert successful pilots into annual agreements
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience
  • Use CRM data to manage pipeline, next steps, and forecasting
  • Share field feedback with leadership, product, and marketing
  • Help Romify build repeatable event-based sales motions in the U.S.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, event technology, MarTech, RevOps, or sales technology
  • Proven ability to prospect, run discovery, manage deals, and close business
  • Comfortable selling to marketing, sales, revenue operations, and executive buyers
  • Strong in-person communication skills and executive presence
  • Willingness to attend 3+ trade shows per month when needed
  • Self-starter who can operate without heavy structure
  • Strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene
  • Ability to connect product value to business outcomes
  • Excitement for startups, events, and building something early


Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into companies that attend trade shows or conferences
  • Existing network in Las Vegas events, hospitality, trade shows, or B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or event lead capture tools
  • Experience with pilot-based sales motions
  • Prior startup experience


Compensation

  • Base salary: $100,000 to $120,000
  • Target OTE: $200,000 to $240,000
  • Uncapped commission opportunity
