Job Summary: Are you a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, data, and storytelling? Trimont is seeking a creative professional to join the Marketing and Communications team as a Senior Associate, Creative Design, driving visual execution across the organization.

Responsibilities

Create visual assets across channels, including social media, email templates, event collateral, one‑pagers, infographics, and branded materials.

Design and format presentations for executive, client, and internal audiences, ensuring clarity and visual consistency.

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries; support brand rollouts, rebrands, and acquisitions.

Develop creative for LinkedIn campaigns, digital advertising, and event sponsorship materials.

Perform photo editing, retouching, and image preparation for digital and print use.

Create charts, maps, and infographics from raw data to support research publications and reporting (including market trackers and LinkedIn newsletter content).

Edit and produce video content for social media, employer branding, webinars, and events; develop basic motion graphics and animations.

Design and build website and landing pages in WordPress; create and maintain HTML email templates.

Produce visuals for internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, intranet content, town halls, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives (including DEI and recognition programs).

Translate business objectives into effective visual solutions; partner with stakeholders to concept and recommend creative approaches.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain quality and consistency, and deliver on deadlines across a high volume of work.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of professional design experience; B2B, financial services, or professional services experience is a plus.

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, data visualization, presentation design, and digital content.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Experience creating data visualizations (charts, maps, infographics) from raw data.

Working knowledge of WordPress (page building and basic customization).

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web updates.

Experience with video editing and motion graphics.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple projects.

Ability to manage priorities independently while working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to interpret briefs, ask clarifying questions, and present design concepts to non‑design audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.

Familiarity with Canva for template creation and team enablement.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., ADA/web accessibility).

Experience with print production (event signage, collateral, business cards).

Experience in a multi‑brand or holding company environment.

Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts.
