The 61st Street Service Corporation provides administrative and clinical support services for ColumbiaDoctors.Position SummaryThe Staffing Programs Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to Service Corp. Staffing Programs. This role serves as the first level of escalation for floater assignments and Staffing Xpress hiring needs, while coordinating all aspects of the On-the-Job Training (OJT) process to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.The ideal candidate is highly organized; exercises sound judgment and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of program objectives to support effective execution and cross-functional coordination.Global Responsibilities (Across Programs)Track recruitment activity and provide weekly status updates.Assist managers in monitoring hiring progress and KPI's.Maintain Recruitment Activity and Candidates Statuses in required platformsEnsure compliance with all program procedures and standards.Float Pool ProgramMonitor Float Pool request website dashboard and ensure timely response to staffing requests.Ensure 48-hour turnaround time for confirmationsMaintain and update schedules using the Float Pool Placement Tracker.Assist Manager in resolving scheduling issues (cancellations, duplications, etc.)In conjunction with Manager, prepare and submit monthly chargeback reports to Finance.Maintain active, terminated, and transfer employee records.Coordinate assignments and training for new hires in partnership with the Float Pool Manager.Act as backup support to Talent Relationship Manager in maintaining employee engagement and adherence to program guidelines.Act as backup to Manager for review of employee timecards in ADP Timesaver as needed.Troubleshoot operational issues and provide coverage in the Manager's absence.Schedule interviews for Medical Practice Associates and Certified Medical Assistants.Coordinate Float Pool Program Specific New Hire program orientationTrack and submit Certified Medical Assistants for NHA certification exams.Staffing Xpress ProgramMonitor New Hire OTJ training performance, ensuring ongoing communication with host dept.Assist with program overview presentations.Assist with quarterly panel training.Research schedule and attend hiring events and job fairs.Outreach to Colleges and community organizations to expand our candidate pipeline.Recruit and source for all Staffing Xpress positionsCoordinating and scheduling NHA exams through the NHA portalQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalency is required. Associates preferredA minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)Strong written and verbal communication skills a mustExcellent organizational and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
