To support paid social marketing performance, the remote Data (Social Media) Analyst will build and optimize dashboards, maintain reporting accuracy, and deliver actionable insights to drive business decisions on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and optimize paid social dashboards and reporting within Sprinklr and related platforms
Consolidate data from various platforms into unified reporting views and ensure data accuracy through governance processes
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders while identifying reporting gaps and recommending improvements
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or paid social measurement
Hands-on experience with Sprinklr, including dashboard creation and campaign reporting
Strong knowledge of paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Experience building automated dashboards and reporting solutions
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets effectively
