Director of Execution Management

To lead utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, the hybrid Director of Execution Management will own the integrated execution plan, drive cross-functional coordination, and manage financial execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain the project's integrated schedule, managing critical paths and cross-functional dependencies
Serve as the primary integration point across various teams, facilitating issue resolution and proactive communication of risks and recommendations
Manage project budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with commercial commitments and supporting financial close readiness

Required qualifications

10+ years of cross-functional project management experience, with at least 5 years in utility-scale renewable energy development and/or construction
Demonstrated ability to manage integrated project schedules and drive accountability across multiple functions
Strong financial acumen, including fluency in project cash flows and budget management
Technical proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel; PowerPoint proficiency for executive-level reporting
Proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed environments without direct authority
