Partnership Manager – EMEA
Safeguard Global is seeking a Partnership Manager – EMEA to build, scale, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new partnerships across EMEA, with a focus on the DACH region, aligned with the company’s strategic growth goals.

Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key partners, including HR Tech platforms, consultants, payroll providers, and private equity networks.

Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation through activation, enablement, and performance optimization.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure partner programs deliver mutual value.

Localise partnership strategies for key EMEA markets, adapting to regional buyer behaviours and business dynamics.

Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics to refine strategy and maximise ROI.

Stay ahead of market trends and competitive movements to identify new partnership opportunities and areas for differentiation.

Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and a first‑class partner experience.

Qualifications:

Professional fluency in both English and German is required.

Experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development across the DACH region and/or Southern Europe.

Experience in HR Tech, B2B SaaS, e‑commerce, recruitment, payroll, or global services environments is advantageous.

Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive pipeline and revenue impact.

Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and communication skills across multiple markets and cultures.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Flexibility and availability for regular travel, particularly within the DACH region and the UK.

Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented international environment.

Fluent in English and German; additional European languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, etc.) are a strong advantage.

Compensation:

Base salary starts from €60,000.00 with an annual sales incentive plan. In 2026, the incentive target is €60,000.00.
