What will you do in this role?
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist at Quyntess, you play a crucial role in the success of our global lead generation initiatives. You are responsible for managing and optimizing our advanced marketing technology, developing and implementing marketing processes, and enabling data-driven decision‑making. You oversee the entire operational marketing execution, guiding and supporting our junior team members in effectively running recurring lead generation campaigns, measuring their impact, and continuously improving our marketing efforts across multiple industries and segments. Effective content is the key driver for interaction with C‑level stakeholders in prospective customer organizations. You are responsible for creating content for our website, SEA campaigns and social media channels, and you help set up impactful lead generation campaigns used by our own business development team as well as by our partners’ teams. Knowledge of supply chain and logistics in particular, and SaaS/ERP software in general, are strong indicators of your potential success. For content creation, you work closely with colleagues from Solutions and Product Management.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and configure our marketing tech stack (GA, SEA, Semrush, HubSpot, Instantly, Sales Navigator, etc.) to support our lead generation campaigns.
Manage all marketing dashboards and prepare detailed reports for the organization.
Plan, co‑create and improve content management for our new website, social media and campaign outreach, through ongoing interaction with the Sales and Marketing leadership.
Coach our junior team members, direct, train and review them in the preparation, execution and optimization of recurring campaigns across different channels.
Provide input for the strategic marketing plan and adjustments to the annual plan based on the results you obtain for the Sales and Marketing leadership.
Plan and execute all marketing activities in an agile way and drive continuous improvement.
When are you the perfect match?
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in business‑to‑business marketing operations, preferably for enterprise software such as BI, ERP or TMS solutions, or IT services.
Experience defining strategic priorities for the marketing function and enjoy getting hands‑on to create a success story yourself.
Solid foundation as a MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) administrator (experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CMS is required).
Knowledge of digital marketing, online advertising, analytics and tracking (GA and GTM).
Excellent communicator with experience in cross‑functional collaboration across multiple departments.
Enjoy continuously creating impactful content that delivers strong conversion results.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional languages are always an advantage.
Available to start at short notice for 3–4 days per week (24 to 32 hours).
Indicative full‑time salary is €50,000 per year.
