Fashion Advisor – Madison Avenue, New YorkYigal Azrouël is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our new flagship store on Madison Avenue.We are looking for someone who understands luxury retail, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience working on Madison Avenue or within a similar high-end environment in New York.Responsibilities:• Client experience: Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' preferences.• Clienteling: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up• Sales Achievement: Drive sales and achieve individual and store goals through affective relationship building• Merchandising: Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is always presented at the highest level• Collaboration: Support day-to-day store operations while working collaboratively with teamRequirements:• Prior experience in luxury retail (Madison Avenue experience strongly preferred)• Strong strategic sales skills and personal relationship-building• Professional, polished, and detail-oriented• Forward thinking individuals who can leverage their creativity and skill to drive the continued success of the brand• Independent, self-motivated, proactive, and team-orientedThe appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $22 - $30 plus the opportunity for commission.??
