SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator supports the Commercial Marketing team by supporting B2B communications, coordinating digital assets and platform content, and providing operational support across field programs, account tools, and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-facing environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and maintain marketing content including product imagery, launch materials, and promotional info within internal digital platforms and systems to ensure all information is accurate, current, and properly versionedCoordinate and support B2B email communications and newsletters, including content compilation, review/QA, and distributionAssist with product launch preparation and coordination, including collaterals, GWPs, sales tools etc.Review assets for accuracy, formatting, naming conventions, and version control prior to publishingSupport updates to marketing content, promotional materials, and product information across platformsHelp troubleshoot basic content or asset issues within marketing systemsSupport preparation and presentations for webinars and cross-functional meetingsMaintain the B2B marketing email inboxProvide support for the US and International Marketing teams, including asset requests, content localization needs, timely communication and delivery of US marketing materials to regional teams, etc.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferredStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailComfortable working within content management systems, shared drives, and digital platformsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital toolsPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the teamInterest in beauty, skincare, or wellness industry preferredWork EnvironmentThe work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms and computer rooms.Work Hours: The work schedule is 2 days per week, 8 hours per day.Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The position resides in Orange County and is in office.Physical and Mental Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment.
