Providing leadership and oversight, the full-time Remote Program Supervisor will manage non-exempt staff in the support of appeals and dispute resolution processes, ensuring accurate case preparation and achieving operational goals.
Key responsibilities
Leads employees to ensure accurate and timely processing of appeals and disputes
Manages inventory levels and oversees the resolution case preparation and effectuation
Supervises, trains, and evaluates project work activities and personnel
Required qualifications
Associate's degree or 60 credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
One year of experience in an operations environment
Supervisory or Team Lead experience
Experience with Medicare Part C related appeals activities is preferred
Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) or related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
