Senior Social Media Associate

Creative and detail-oriented, the full-time Senior Social Media Associate will develop and execute content strategies across various social media platforms, manage daily content production, and engage with online communities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies for campaigns, creating and producing impactful content
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to share resources creatively and support organizational projects
Analyze social media performance and manage online community engagement through impact and weekly reports

Required qualifications

Three to four years of social media experience in a professional or volunteer capacity for a political campaign or non-profit
Commitment to building an equitable organization and progressive movement
Competency in social media scheduling and analytics platforms
Experience in crafting social media content for an organization
Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, campaign-like environment
