National Manager, Adult Soccer

Soccer should be a lifelong game. We are seeking a National Manager, Adult Soccer to build and scale vibrant adult soccer communities that keep players connected to the sport. This role will lead the design and execution of adult leagues, pickup play, and community-driven programming across TOCA Centers. You will ensure leagues are well-organized, engaging, and scalable, while creating an environment that balances competition, social connection, and long-term participation.
Program Design & League Development (40%)

Design league formats, schedules, and structures that drive engagement and repeat participation
Build scalable frameworks for leagues, tournaments, and pickup play across TOCA Centers
Ensure offerings balance competitive and social play to appeal to a wide range of adult players
Continuously refine formats based on participation trends and player feedback
Field Execution & Team Support (35%)

Support TOCA Centers in delivering organized, high-quality league and pickup experiences
Train and develop league managers and match captains responsible for execution
Provide tools, playbooks, and operational guidance to ensure consistency across locations
Promote best practices in scheduling, communication, and game-day experience
Community Growth & Engagement (25%)

Build strong adult soccer communities that drive ongoing participation and retention
Monitor participation trends and identify opportunities to grow leagues across markets
Partner with local teams, organizations, and players to increase awareness and involvement
Create experiences that encourage players to return season after season
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in sports programming, league management, or community-based operations
Experience organizing leagues, tournaments, or recreational sports programs
Strong understanding of adult sports participation and community-building dynamics
Experience leading or supporting distributed teams across multiple locations
Ability to analyze participation data and improve program performance
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Passion for soccer and creating lifelong player engagement
