Production Technician

The Production Laborer is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure efficient production and quality output. This role involves working with materials, operating basic equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Schedule & Pay: Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM

2:30 PM Location: 80907 (Colorado Springs area)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the production process by handling materials and components
Operate basic machinery and equipment following safety guidelines
Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet deadlines
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Load and unload materials as needed
Support team members and supervisors with various production tasks
Qualifications:
Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
Manufacturing/production floor setting
May involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
