Senior Manager, Procure-to-Pay Operations

Lead the global Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Stakeholder Support function, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries related to invoices, payments, vendor setup, and PTP processes while supporting an Oracle Fusion ERP migration.
Lead a global PTP support/helpdesk team handling AP/PTP inquiries.
Own ticket intake, triage, escalation management, SLA compliance, and resolution quality.
Act as the senior escalation point for complex stakeholder issues.
Support Oracle Fusion migration, including go-live/hypercare support, communications, training, and inquiry management.
Analyze inquiry trends, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements.
Build and maintain knowledge bases, SOPs, and support documentation.
Develop dashboards and executive reporting on support performance and operational issues.
Drive automation and AI-enabled support solutions to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
Bachelor's degree.
10+ years of AP/PTP experience.
4+ years in Director/VP-level leadership.
Strong end-to-end PTP knowledge: Invoicing, Payments, Vendor/Supplier Management
Experience leading Shared Services / GBS / Finance Operations teams.
Oracle Fusion AP exposure.
Service desk/ticketing platform experience (e.g., ServiceNow).
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
