Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Architect/Configuration Lead to design, configure, and maintain scalable workflow solutions within Adobe Workfront. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workfront administration, configuration, Fusion automation, reporting, and enterprise workflow optimization for marketing and creative operations.

Required Skills
10-12+ years of overall IT experience
4-7+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront experience
Strong experience as:

Workfront Architect
Workfront Administrator
Workfront Configuration Specialist
Workfront Implementation Consultant

Deep knowledge of:

Adobe Workfront platform
Workfront Fusion
Project Templates
Layout Templates
Custom Forms
Request Queues
Approval Workflows
Dashboards & Reporting

Experience integrating Workfront with third-party applications via APIs
Understanding of creative, marketing, and content production workflows
Experience conducting UAT sessions and stakeholder workshops
Strong documentation and end-user training experience
Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive) automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities

Design enterprise-scale Workfront architecture and governance
Configure project templates, forms, workflows, statuses, and approval processes
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics
Develop and support Workfront Fusion automations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
Participate in UAT discussions as Workfront Group Administrator
Create and maintain user documentation
Support integrated marketing and content automation initiatives
Preferred Certifications

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - Adobe Workfront
Adobe Workfront Administrator Certification
Adobe Workfront Fusion Certification
