Senior Workplace Strategist

To reshape occupancy planning in an AI-native environment, the full-time Senior Workplace Strategist will manage data-backed analysis, develop model-driven workflows, and collaborate with clients to deliver continuous, actionable space strategies remotely.
Key responsibilities

Run occupancy planning and workplace strategy analysis using continuous data and AI-native tools
Shape methodology into repeatable, model-driven workflows that can be applied across various clients
Collaborate with product and data teams to enhance the Large Spatial Model based on real workplace needs

Required qualifications

Deep experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate advisory
Hands-on experience with utilization studies, stack/restack projects, and portfolio optimization
Fluency in CAFM/IWMS environments and large enterprise real estate workflows
Comfortable leveraging AI and data to enhance workplace strategy practices
Ability to engage with senior executives and provide credible insights based on practical experience
