This position offers the unique opportunity to work closely with founders, leveraging your video editing skills to drive revenue through engaging direct-response marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Produce approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day based on preset scripts and styles.
Analyze video performance metrics to enhance views and conversions, thereby increasing your performance bonus.
Communicate effectively with the executive team and assist in onboarding new editors.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
Proficiency in video editing software, preferably CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong direct-response copywriting skills and attention to detail.
