Sales Director (Country Manager)

to build and scale their offline sales ecosystem in Germany.

This is a high-autonomy leadership role for someone eager to

build a market from scratch , own full commercial strategy and execution, and grow into a

General Manager

position as the business expands.

(60–70% base + 30–40% performance bonus) – Negotiable & Open

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the offline sales and channel strategy for Germany

Build and manage dealer, distributor, and reseller networks

Drive B2C channel development through offline and hybrid sales models

Define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand positioning

Set sales targets, budgets, KPIs, and performance tracking systems

Recruit, train, and lead a local sales team

Build strong partnerships with key local stakeholders

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Collect customer and channel feedback to support product optimization

Coordinate closely with HQ teams (product, supply chain, logistics, marketing)

Experience

8+ years of experience in offline sales and channel development

Strong background in tools, 3C electronics, mobile phones, or consumer electronics

Solid B2C channel sales experience

Minimum 3 years managing teams of 10+ people

Proven track record of building and scaling local sales organizations

Industry Background (Highly Preferred)

Mobile phones / smartphones

Language & Profile

Native Chinese speaker (mandatory)

Fluent English (working level or above)

Fluent German

Strong understanding of European local markets

Well-connected with distributors, dealers, and retail partners
