Our growing team is seeking a Vice President, Marketing to lead thestrategy and management of the Marketing function. This role isinstrumental in shaping the firm’s strategic direction and executingan integrated marketing strategy that supports growth and brandpositioning. Open to consultant or direct hire.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead the Marketing Department in the development and execution ofmarketing initiatives and campaigns that ensure a cohesive brand presence

Partner with senior executives to develop and execute acomprehensive marketing strategy, including defined goals, researchinitiatives, and measurable objectives

Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of theorganization's multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaign

Ensure the internal and external brand is aligned withorganization’s objectives and execute marketing plan whileeffectively managing brand and reputational risk

Organize and direct the Marketing Department to ensure allmarketing projects are well coordinated and in support of theorganization’s strategic objectives

Develop policies, procedures, and training programs to ensureefficient and effective marketing operations

Analyze marketing ROI and related issues, developingcost?effective solutions to address key marketing challenges

Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, and createpositive external and internal brand recognition and image

Direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of theorganization's website(s), SEO, SEM and online analytics platforms

Oversee sponsorship programs that drive brand awareness whilesupporting community engagement and nonprofit partnership

Serve as the central point of contact for all Marketing topicsacross the organization

Perform other duties as required and assigned

Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited universityrequired,preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications orrelated field

10+ years of progressive experience in planning, managing, andexecuting multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns, with astrong ability to stay current on industry trends and developments

Experience in Financial Services is a must, with broker-dealerexperience preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills, with theprofessional presence to influence senior executives and buildeffective partnerships across all levels of the organization

Strong project management capabilities, with a high level oforganization and a proven ability to meet release schedules anddeadlines

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively and build high-performing team

Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and managemultiple competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role hasnot been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonableestimate of the current hiring range is $175,000- $225,000. Colleaguesmay be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensationbased on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisionsregarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and aredependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillsets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and otherbusiness and organizational needs.
