Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day management of assigned client programs. This role acts as the primary client contact and internal coordinator, ensuring each program is operationally sounds, financially managed, and executed with excellence. The Account Manager partners closely with all internal team members across creative, project management, fabrication, logistics and finance to deliver excellence in client outcomes while supporting retention, account growth and profitability. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships
Partner closely with the Account Executives to drive overall account success, focusing on program execution and client retention
Ensure timely and accurate client deliverables, proactively solve issues and manage risks to ensure client satisfaction
Lead internal and external program communication, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, deliverables and responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional resources across sales, project management, operations and remote associates
Support business reviews, post-event assessments and organic client growth as required
Contribute to RFP (proposal) responses, capabilities presentations and account planning for assigned clients
Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Education:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field is preferred, equivalent experience may be considered
Strong program management, client service or experiential marketing experience, ideally within trade show, brand activations and events
3-5 years of account management experience in the Exhibit / Trade Show industry preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams and perform in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
