What you will be doing:

Design assets for paid social, lifecycle email, landing pages, Amazon A+ content, and internal needs.
Adapt master campaign concepts into channel- and format-specific deliverables.
Apply Rho's brand system consistently across every asset that ships.
Manage versioning, naming, and handoff inside Figma and the team's shared file system.
Incorporate feedback from designers, copy, and brand leads with minimal back-and-forth.

What you must have:

2 to 4 years of graphic design experience.
A portfolio with clean layout, considered type, and a consistent point of view.
Working proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Organized file habits and an eye for production detail.
Collaborative posture and comfort taking direction.
