Pay:
$60,000-$70,000/yr
Job type:
Full Time

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to join the team behind ThinkCulinary and Herd & Grace.
This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, social media, storytelling, food and lifestyle branding, and bringing ideas to life across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to help execute campaigns, create engaging content, support events and activations, and grow the presence of two evolving brands in the culinary space.
If you’re someone who notices trends before everyone else, enjoys creating polished content, thrives in fast-paced creative environments, and can balance creativity with organization, we’d love to meet you.
About The Position: As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping and supporting the digital presence of both brands. This is a collaborative, content-forward role where no two days look exactly the same. One day you may be filming behind-the-scenes content, editing reels, and building social posts. The next you may be coordinating marketing assets for an event, updating website content, or helping execute a new product launch.
We’re looking for someone who can think creatively while staying detail-oriented and organized behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, visually driven, and excited to contribute ideas while supporting the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to grow within a creative and evolving brand environment while gaining hands-on experience across content creation, brand marketing, events, partnerships, and digital strategy.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
Experience with photography, videography, and short-form content creation
Comfortable using Canva and other creative/content editing tools
Strong writing and communication skills
